HELENA ROHNER
Hardly ever, the most over-worked objects are the most appealing for the human sight. Almost always, as much clean and pure the lines are much beauty and attractiveness they inspire. From my point of view, a really good example of this fact, is the designer Helena Rohner. She was born in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (Spain) in 1968 and started working as jewellery designer, but after the success of her collections which made her famous around the world, she also launched some decorative objects collections, co-working with some of the better recognised brands in design world such as Georg Jensen, Munio or Kahler.
To find out a bit more about this canary designer, half Spanish- half Swedish, who has also exposed his objects in a couple of Museums like Guggenheim or Thyssen-Bornemisza, the following selection of pictures.
